摘要
工程项目中,设备物资的管理非常重要,有效的设备物资管理能够促进工程项目效率的提高,实现利益的增长。文中通过对工程项目管理中常见问题进行分析,提出了设备物资管理的解决方案。规范的管理,让设备物资采购质量更高,只有使设备物资管理更加规范、科学,让设备物资管理成为一套有效规范的体系,才能提高工程项目的生产效率。
In the engineering projects,equipment and materials management is very important. Efficient management of equipment and materials can improve the efficiency of the project and the growth of benefit. This article analyzes the common problems of equipment and materials management in the engineering projects,and gives the solutions. Standardized management can make equipment material purchasing quality higher. Only making equipment and materials management more standardized and scientific,and establishing a set of effective management system,can improve the production efficiency of the project.
