浅析我国物流金融业务运作模式及盈利模式

China's Logistics Business Model of Financial Operations and Profit Model

在我国,中国邮政、中外运、中远物流等企业目前已经对物流金融业务加以开展。在良好背景与实力的支撑下,这些物流企业已经与国内主流金融机构展开了积极合作。早在1993年,中外运就已经对物流金融业务进行探索和开展,货物抵押(质押)业务便是其在国内率先推出的,存货质押模式属于以金融机构为主导的物流金融运作模式。2010年后我国物流企业开始向动态质押全面转型,积极探索以物流企业为主导的物流金融运作及盈利模式,在传统业务模式基础上开辟了保兑仓业务、物流保理等新的业务运作及盈利模式。文中重点对物流金融业务的运作模式及盈利模式进行了分析。

In China,the China Post,Sinotrans,COSCO Logistics and other companies has to be carried out on logistics finance. Good background and strength in support of these logistics companies and major domestic financial institutions have launched active cooperation. As early as 1993,China Sinotrans has been to explore the logistics and financial operations carried out,goods mortgage（ pledge） business is its first in the domestic launch,inventory pledge patterns belong to financial institutions led logistics finance mode of operation,2010 years after China’s logistics enterprises began a comprehensive transformation to a dynamic pledge to actively explore the logistics enterprises as the leading logistics and financial operations profit model,the traditional business model based on open up confirming warehouse operations,logistics,factoring and other new business operations and profitability mode. This paper focuses on the financial operations of the logistics operation mode and profit mode.
