摘要
文中应用了RFID数据采集技术和e M-Plant仿真技术对智慧工厂的物料管理系统进行优化设计。首先应用了RFID读写器实时对物料信息的动态采集,最后利用e M-Plant仿真软件对车间内的对物料系统进行瓶颈优化分析,以实现车间物流实时控制与可视化管理。
In this paper,the RFID and e M- Plant simulation is applied in wisdom plant material management system to optimize. First,apply the RFID to get real- time dynamic acquisition of material information. Finally,e M- Plant simulation software for the material system bottleneck optimization analysis workshop,in order to achieve real- time control and visualization of logistics management.
