摘要
随着当今社会发展,环保问题越来越成为人们关注的话题。而煤炭筒仓从环保,降低煤损,增加堆存量等方面考虑,都是未来大型煤炭港口发展的主要方向。文中以秦皇岛港煤炭码头筒仓堆存为研究对象,基于Witness仿真平台,对煤炭筒仓的出仓模型进行仿真研究,确定多种仿真方案,通过仿真,发现其薄弱环节以及造成薄弱环节的原因,进而采取相应措施,优化煤炭堆场作业流程。
With the development of society,environmental problems were paid attention to by people increasingly. Coal silo is the main development direction of large port in the future,with the respect to environmental protection,reducing the loss of coal,increasing the number of coal storage. This article takes silo storage as the research object in Qinhuangdao port,simulates coal silo transport model based on Witness simulation platform,determines a variety of simulation program,finds the weak and the causes of the weak,through the simulation,and then takes corresponding measures to optimize the coal operation process.
