The Design of Enterprise Evaluation and Screening Mechanism in Virtual Supply Chain Platform

评价筛选机制是虚拟供应链平台的主要管理机制之一,是实现公平竞价的前提。鉴于成员企业的加入时间不同,以及顾客对于企业的稳定度和在供应链中的表现等关注度不同,设计了基于五个指标维度的稳定度评价、供应链评价和综合评价三套指标体系,利用网络分析与模糊数学相结合的方法建立评价模型确定指标权重。并通过算例分析,详细描述评价模型的建立过程以及对候选企业的评价筛选过程。

The evaluation and screening mechanism is one of the main management mechanism of the virtual supply chain platform. And it is the precondition of fairness bidding. Because the join time of the members and the concerns of customers are different,the topic designs five indicators dimensions which are utilized to construct three evaluation systems. The first is the stability evaluation system,the second is the supply chain performance evaluation system and the third is the comprehensive evaluation system. It uses the method that combines the network analysis process and the fuzzy mathematics to establish the evaluation model and to define the weights of the indexes. Finally it shows the whole process through a case.
