摘要
电子商务发展的瓶颈是线下快递公司的运营服务能力,而快递公司运营主要是配送中心运营质量的提升。文中以调查问卷、实地访谈、专家评分等方法,搜集研究数据,利用离散神经网络模型,通过MATLAB神经网络工具箱对广州某快递公司营运点部运营质量进行了仿真实验,结果表明该评价比较客观,对于配送中心运营质量的评价具有一定的参考意义。
The bottleneck about development of electronic commerce is the line express company’s operation and service capabilities,and the courier company’s operations are mainly to improve the quality of the distribution center operations. The questionnaire survey and interviews,expert scoring method,collect research data,using the discrete neural network model,by Matlab neural network toolbox for a courier company in Guangzhou operation operation quality of simulation experiment. The results show that the evaluation more objective and has certain reference significance for the evaluation of the quality of the distribution center operations.
