摘要
我国经济在近三十年间迅猛发展,第三产业比重快速提高,写字楼作为企业运营的物理支撑,在国民经济中有着很高的地位,但目前很多写字楼的物业管理总体质量并不乐观。文中希望能利用质量管理的相关理论分析这一现象,厘清根本原因,并试图寻找提高写字楼物业服务质量的解决办法。
China rapid economic development in the last three decades,the rapid increase in the proportion of tertiary industry,office buildings as physical support of business operations,has a high status in the national economy,but the overall quality of a lot of property management office is not optimistic. This article hopes to make use of quality management theory analysis of this phenomenon,sort out the root cause,and trying to find ways to improve the service quality office property solutions.
