合资铁路委托运输管理安全监管问题研究与对策分析

合资铁路在我国的发展已经有30多年的历史,在经营管理工作上取得了很大的进步,为我国的运输行业发展做出巨大贡献,拉动我国经济发展,推动社会进步,近几年,我国合资铁路建设更加迅猛,合资铁路委托运输安全管理的问题也受到更多的关注。文中在分析相关资料的基础上,对合资铁路的委托运输管理本质特点进行阐述,结合合资铁路的安全管理模式进行分析,针对我国合资铁路的发展状况分析其中存在的安全管理问题,最后针对合资铁路委托运输管理安全监管存在的问题提出相应整改建议。

Joint venture railway enterprise has been developing for about 30 years,and made great progress in management and operation. Not only the joint venture railway contributed a lot to the home transportation,but played an important role in the economic and social development. During recent years,more and more problems about safe transportation are put on the table as the joint venture railway’s rapidly growing. This paper spreads on the analysis of interrelated documents and files and discuss the essentially characters in the entrusted transportation management. After that,the paper would focus on the present situation of the joint venture railway. Based on the problems,the paper gives its advices to the reform of entrusted transportation management.
