摘要
介绍了用于高速电机的电磁轴承控制系统的结构和控制原理,以及一种以TMS320F240DSP芯片为核心的半实物实时仿真系统dSPACE;同时研究将电磁轴承的控制系统设计与dSPACE控制系统开发和测试平台相结合的方法。研究结果表明,采用dSPACE半实物仿真系统进行电磁轴承单自由度的控制是可行的,不仅可以缩短电磁轴承控制系统的研发周期,而且具有实时性强、可靠性高的特点。
The structure and control principle of the electromagnetic bearing control system of the high speed motor are introduced, and the semi-physical simulation system dSPACE which takes TMS320F240 as the core is described. At the same time, the combination of the electromagnetic bearing control system and the dSPACE control system is studied. The research results show that the control of the sin gle freedom degree of the electromagnetic bearing using the dSPACE semi-physical simulation system is feasible,which not only shortens the development cycle of the electromagnetic bearing control system, but also has high real-time and high reliability.
