摘要
火炮平衡机是一种用来平衡起落部分对耳轴重力矩的装置,传统的平衡机只能近似平衡重力矩,不能达到真正平衡;为了解决这一问题,一种新型平衡机方案设想被提出,该方案不同于传统的两点平衡、三点平衡理论,能够实现火炮在任意仰角射击时达到完全平衡;通过结构设计、建立数学模型解析计算得出理论结果,再利用Matlb绘制曲线,并通过理论计算验证;最终该方案可以实现火炮在任意仰角射击时达到完全平衡的功能,对于降低手轮力、延长火炮平衡机寿命具有重要的意义。
Artillery' s balance machine is a device for balancing gravitational torque. Traditional balance machine can only balance gravitational torque approximately, however it cannot achieve complete balance. A new type of balance machine plan was suggested. This scheme was different from the traditional two points balance or three points balance theory, however it can achieve the requirement of balance at arbitrary shooting angle. We drew a conclusion through structure design and setting up mathematical model to do analytic calculation, and then using Matlab program, we plotted the curve. The last work is validating the conclusion by calculation. Eventually, when the artillery shooting at any angle, and it has and then extend the life of the artillery. it is proved right and it realizes function of balance the vital significance to reduce the hand wheel force
