深槽式双笼型异步电动机启动性能改善的机理研究 被引量:3

摘要 在深槽式双笼异步电动机启动时,利用转子电流的"集肤效应"可使等效电阻增大、启动电流降低、启动转矩增大,从而改善启动性能。同时,随着转速的上升,转子频率降低、转子等效电阻无级减小,这使得电机启动平滑稳定。 The improvement on the startup performance to the deep grooves on double cage asynchronous motors is introduced. When starting double cage induction motor,the rotor current uses the "skin effect"to make the rotor equivalent resistance increase,so the the starting current is reduced and the starting torque is increased,thus to improve the startup performance of the motor. With the increasing of the rotational speed,the rotor frequency is decreased,the rotor equivalent resistance is stepless reduced,and the smoothly startup of the motor is achieved.
