摘要
该文针对双金属片受温度影响而发生形变的现象进行了研究,讨论了利用双金属片进行测温的可行性,结合激光、平面镜等组成光学系统,利用电子元件进行数据采集和运算,并对误差进行了分析。系统感受到温度变化后由感温探头将温度转为位移信号,感光条感受位置变化信息经电子元件处理后转换为电信号并由单片机计算出温度。装置的精度可随空间距离显著提升,特别是在复杂的电磁环境下有较大的应用前景。
This paper investigated the phenomenon that the deformation of bimetallic strip infhuenced by temperature,and discussed the feasibility of using bimetallic strip to temperature measurement.In combination with laser,plane mirror and etc as a optical system,one used electronic components for data acquisition and calculation,then analyzed error.When the system felt the temperature change,the thermal probe changed the temperature into displacement signal,later it transformed into electronic signal on photosensitive strip,then the microprocessor calculated the temperature.The precision of the device can be significantly increased along with the space distance,especially in complex electromagnetic environment has a great application prospect.
