校企联合共建测控技术应用实训中心

Training Center of Application of Measurement and Control Technology Constructed by School-Enterprise Cooperation

校企合作是工程实践教育、培养应用型人才的必经之路。文章对测控技术应用联合示范实训中心建设意义、硬件建设、软件建设和中心的运行模式进行了详细的阐述。硬件建设从工程基础能力培养、创新能力培养和工程实践能力培养3方面着手,和合作企业共同开发实验设备,引入部分企业中具有一定通用性的生产设备,为校企联合培养学生奠定基础;软件建设是校企合作的进一步深入,实现了与企业合作完成教材的编写、引入企业资深工程师进入课堂进行教学。紧密与企业合作的软硬件建设和开放式运行模式有效地实现校企双方的优势互补、资源互用、利益共享。实训中心经过实际运行,取得了一定的效果。

School- enterprise cooperation is the only way to practice engineering education and train applied talents.This paper introduces construction meaning,hardware construction and software construction and operation mode of measurement and control technology joint demonstration training center.Think of training engineering basic capacity,engineering innovative ability and engineering practice ability,parts of enterprise application equipment and production lines are brought into hardware construction,and it is the foundation for the cooperation; Software construction is to further promote the school-enterprise cooperation,such as completing textbooks written cooperation with enterprises,commitment teaching by enterprise senior engineers.Software and hardware construction and open operation mode by working closely with enterprises,both school and enterprise effectively achieve complementary advantages,resource interoperability,shared interests.Through the actual operation,the training Center achieves certain results.
