摘要
对高校实验室建设项目过程管理方法进行论述,对比高校实验室建设项目与一般工程建设项目的差异和特殊性,并总结由于差异和特殊性的存在而在实验室建设项目过程管理中出现的一些突出问题。针对实验室建设项目的系统性,可持续性、面向对象的多样性、项目人员组织结构的特殊性等,给出针对性的解决问题的方法。
This paper discusses on project management specific to laboratory constructions in universities,compare factors that differentiate the construction management of university laboratory from general engineering constructions.By identifying and analyzing the problems whereby a general engineering construction management is applied to university laboratory projects.Aiming at the systematicness,sustainability and diversityfacig objeetives of laboratory construcfion poject,as well as the particutarity of organization structure of poject members,one provides the solution sloviy prodems.
