摘要
为了提高实验室管理和服务水平,解决师生排队预约实验困难的问题,实验管理中心自行开发了实验室预约管理系统。该系统在校园内外部运行,实现了从排队预约、提交纸质预约单的传统预约方式到网上开通账户、预约、审核、实验、确认以及统计实验工作量的全过程实验网络管理模式。该文介绍了系统的各功能模块,并提出了系统今后改进的方向。
In order to improve the quality of management and service,and solve the problem of reservation contradiction,laboratory management center designed and established innovatively experimental reservation management system.The system was operated in and outside the campus from papyraceous reservation to establish the accounts on the internet,reservation,reviewing,testing,confirming,and counting the experimental work.This paper introduces each function module of the system and puts forward the improving direction in future.
