伴先天缺牙的色素失调症患者口腔综合治疗一例 被引量：4

摘要 色素失调症（incontinentiapigmenti，IP），又称色素失禁症，是一种少见的X染色体连锁湿性遗传病。南位于Xq28的IKBKG基因突变所致，发病率约为1／50000，主要见于女性。该病主要导致外胚叶发育异常，有特征性皮肤改变，可伴毛发、指甲、牙齿、眼和中枢神经系统的畸形和异常”。
