Design of Small Self-propelled Transporter for Field roads in Hilly Area

目前丘陵山区田间道路上使用的机动搬运机械存在安全性差、操控性能差、搬运效率低等问题。针对丘陵山区田间道路崎岖狭窄、坡度大的运输情况,结合现有技术条件,设计制作了一款将制动机构与转向操作机构集成于一体的丘陵山区田间道路自走式搬运车。该车控制系统与机械结构简单,操作简便,成本低,安全性高,转弯半径仅1.5 m,满足一般丘陵山区田间崎岖道路的农用物资及农产品运输需要。

According to the conditions of the narrow roads,rugged and steep slopes in hilly and mountainous area,the paper designed and produced a small agricultural transporter used in hilly and mountainous area,which integrated a braking mechanism and a steering operating mechanism in one mechanism. This transporter could meet the transport needs in the general hilly and mountainous area,had a simple control system and mechanical structure,simple operation,low cost,high safety and only 1. 5 m turning radius.
