摘要
介绍了柴油机轴瓦过盈度设计能否满足工作要求的判断准则及计算过程。通过精确计算实际工作温度下轴瓦加载条件下的余面高度、半圆周长缩短量、轴瓦外径、轴瓦过盈装配后轴承座孔直径的增加值、过盈装配后轴瓦内径、轴承间隙、轴瓦钢背与轴承孔间径向压力、轴瓦的圆周应力、轴瓦的最大压紧载荷等参数,为验证轴瓦的过盈度设计是否满足要求以及轴瓦的装配工艺制定提供了依据,并通过典型样机的计算和试验验证了计算过程和计算结果的正确性。
This paper introduces the judgment criteria and calculation process whether bearing interference design can meet the work requirements of the diesel engine,accurately calculates the parameters in actual working condition such as u_(修 max),u_(修 min),v_理and so on. This can provide an evidence for verifying the bearing interference design. The tests of the typical sample verify the correctness of the calculation procedure and results.
