摘要
提供了一种用于EGR的力锁合偏心凸轮传动机构设计方案,它可以消除空行程与应力冲击,既能实现方便地拆装凸轮机构,又能通过配置不同的凸轮机构来改变气门的最大行程,进而提高EGR阀的适用范围,最终避免设计过多系列的EGR阀。
This paper provides a design scheme about force locking eccentric cam transmission which can be used in EGR. It can eliminate the impact of stress and invalid stroke,the cam mechanism can be dismantled and assembled conveniently. Through the different configurations of cam mechanism,the maximum stroke can be changed,and which can improve the application range of the EGR valve and avoid to design too many series.
