Fracture Analysis of Commercial Vehicle Rim

对开裂的某商务车用轮辋进行了断裂分析。结果表明,轮辋在使用前就存在裂纹,此裂纹是由轮辋成形及焊接引起的,是导致轮辋最终断裂的主要原因。

The cracking analysis of the wheel rim from a commercial vehicle was carried through in this paper. The results indicate that the wheel rim has a crack before use,the crack is caused by forming and welding the wheel rim,and which is the main reason for final fracturing of the wheel rim.
