Toll样受体4及其调控机制对妊娠期糖尿病发病影响的研究进展 被引量：21

摘要 妊娠期糖尿病（gestational diabetes mellitus，GDM）指妊娠期首次发生的糖耐量异常，是妊娠期常见并发症之一，我国GDM发病率已达17．5％。GDM与巨大儿、肩难产、新生儿低血糖等多种不良妊娠结局相关。在致力于良好控制孕期血糖的同时，探索GDM的发病机制对于早期预防GDM发生具有重要的临床价值。目前认为，
