中韩合资企业跨文化管理冲突与对策研究

摘要 本文以部分合资企业面对的不同文化间的运营窘境,从中韩两国的合资企业的角度,对中韩合资企业面对的跨国文化、文化冲突和跨文化管理模式等进行课题研究,以此为中韩合资企业提供借鉴。通过论述中外合资企业的文化冲突的理论内容,对跨文化管理的相关理论进行综述,分析了中韩两国历史文化与企业特征以及中韩企业文化对比,提出了在跨文化冲突管理的过程中,需要关注的多个维度。在设定四个影响跨文化冲突因素假设的基础上,依据调查问卷获取数据,进行实证研究。最后对跨文化融合提出建议,期望最终促成企业跨文化融合共生。 This thesis, based on different culture operating predicaments of some joint ventures, with the help of the combination of two countries' joint ventures and ACompany, it studies topics like transnational culture, cultural conflict and cross-cultural management mode of Sino-South Korean joint ventures and provides references for Sino-South Korean joint ventures. By discussing cultural conflict theories of Sino-foreign joint ventures summarizes related theories of cross-cultural management, and analyzing the current evaluation based on cultural conflict, it briefly introduces differences of cross-cultural conflict management style during the process of operation in the past, operation ideas conflict, promotion system, ideology, organizational communication, gender conception and specific manifestation of conflict. Then, after analyzing historic culture and enterprise features and comparing Chinese and South Korean cultures, it puts forward four dimensions in cross-cultural conflict management. And based on the hypotheses in the fourth chapter, the author provides some suggestions to solve the cultural conflict in the four hypotheses and hopes to facilitate the mutualism of the enterprises' cross-cultural integration.
