机会主义和信任对工程项目成功影响机制的实证研究

The Empirical Study on Impact Relationship Between Opportunism,Trust and Project Success in Construction Project

基于交易成本理论和社会交换理论,分析了在不确定性和复杂性的外部环境的背景下机会主义和信任对工程项目成功影响的路径,并运用结构方程模型进行实证研究。结果发现:①外部环境不确定性对机会主义有显著的正影响,对信任有显著的负影响,但复杂性对机会主义和信任的影响并不显著;②机会主义与信任之间存在着显著的负影响;机会主义对项目成功有显著的负影响,信任对项目成功有显著的正影响;在低机会主义和高信任下项目成功取得最大值;③项目合作期限正向调节信任对项目成功的正影响。研究表明抑制机会主义和提高信任对项目成功有重要意义,这对提高工程建筑项目的效率有较好的启示。

On basis of the transaction cost exchange theory and relational exchange theory, this study analyzes the impact relationship between opportunism, trust and project success depending on external uncertainty and complexity, and uses the structural equation model to test these hypotheses. Results show that： 1. external uncertainty negatively affects trust and positively affects opportunism, but complexity has no such effects; 2. Opportunism and trust counteract each other, opportunism negatively affects project success （measured by project performance and relationship satisfaction） and trust positively affects project success. Besides, project successreaches to the maximum value under the high trust and low opportunism; 3. The positive effect of trust on project success differs under varying cooperation duration. This study addresses the important of restraining opportunism and developing trust to achieve project success, which provides implications for the improvement of the construction project efficiency.
