冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系。方法选取2013年1月~2014年1月在本院住院的192名患者作为研究对象,其中160例经冠脉造影确诊为冠心病组,32例冠状动脉造影完全正常者为对照组,比较不同组的同型半胱氨酸水平。结果冠心病组的Hcy水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。Hcy水平随Gensini积分的增加依次增高(P〈0.05)。随着冠状动脉病变支数的增加,Hcy水平逐渐升高。结论血清同型半胱氨酸水平可作为预测冠状动脉病变严重程度的一个指标。 Objective To explore the relationship between homocysteine(Hcy) level and the severity degree of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 192 patients from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research group,160 cases of them diagnosed by coronary angiography were selected as the coronary heart disease group,and 32 patients with normal coronary angiography were selected as the control group.The level of Hcy in different groups was compared. Results The level of Hcy in the coronary heart disease group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P 0.01).The level of Hcy increased with the increased of Gensini score(P〈0.05),and the level of Hcy increased with the increased number of coronary artery lesion. Conclusion The level of serum homocysteine can be used as an indicator to predict the severity degree of coronary artery lesion.
