院前急救在急性脑血管病患者中的应用

Application of pre-hospital care in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease

目的探讨院前急救在急性脑血管病患者中的应用价值。方法将我院2012年6月～2014年6月收治的128例急性脑血管疾病患者随机分为实验组（入院前进行过急救,68例）和对照组（未经过院前急救,60例）。采用回顾性分析法综合评价两组患者入院治疗3个月后的临床疗效。结果实验组治疗有效率（91.2%）显著高于对照组（73.3%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组与对照组患者的Barthel指数评分及简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能（FMA）评分与入院治疗前相比均得到明显提升（P〈0.05）;实验组住院时间显著短于对照组（P〈0.01）;实验组患者并发症发生率（7.4%）显著低于对照组（20.0%）（P〈0.05）;实验组病死率（2.9%）明显低于对照组患者（13.3%）（P〈0.05）。结论院前急救能有效提高急性脑血管病患者的临床治疗效果,改善预后,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of pre-hospital care in the patients with acute cerebrovascular disease. Methods 128 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease who were admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were randomly assigned to the experiment group（68 patients,given first aid before admission） and the control group（60 patients,not given first aid before admission）.Retrospective analysis was applied to comprehensively evaluate the clinical curative effects of two groups of patients 3 months after admission. Results The effective rate of treatment in the experiment group（91.2%） was significantly higher than that of 73.3% in the control group with significant differeace（P〈0.05）;the score of Barthel index and FMA score in the experiment group and control group were significantly increased compared before admission（P〈0.05）;the length of stay in the experiment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.01）;the incidence rate of complications in the experiment group（7.4%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（20.0%）（P〈0.05）;the morality rate in the experiment group（2.9%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（13.3%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pre-hospital care is able to effectively improve the clinical curative effects of acute cerebrovascular disease and improve the prognosis,which is of favorable clinical application value.
