颈椎后路单开门加微型钛板内固定术治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病的效果分析

Effect analysis of cervical posterior single-door plus internal fixation of miniature titanium plate in the treatment of multi-segmental cervical spondylosis myelopathy

目的探讨颈椎后路单开门加微型钛板内固定术治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法抽取2013年2月～2014年7月医院诊治的多节段脊髓型颈椎病患者67例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组（n=33）和对照组（n=34）。观察组采取颈椎后路单开门加微型钛板内固定术治疗;对照组采取传统颈后路单开门扩大成形丝线缝合固定术治疗。比较两组患者术后开展康复锻炼的时间、治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果观察组并发症发生率为6.1%,术后康复锻炼时间为（16.1±2.2）d,治疗总有效率为97.0%;对照组并发症发生率为20.6%,术后康复锻炼时间为（26.6±6.7）d,治疗总有效率为85.3%,两组上述指标比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论颈椎后路单开门加微型钛板内固定术治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效确切,可促使患者早期进行术后康复锻炼,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of cervical posterior single-door plus internal fixation of miniature titanium plate in the treatment of multi-segmental cervical spondylosis myelopathy. Methods From February 2013 to July 2014,67 patients who were diagnosed as multi-segmental cervical spondylosis myelopathy and treated in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to a random number table,they were divided into observation group（n=33） and control group（n=34）.In the observation group,cervical posterior single-door plus internal fixation of miniature titanium plate was used,while in the control group,traditional expanded forming silk suture internal fixation by cervical posterior single-door was adopted.The time of implementing rehabilitation after surgery,therapeutic effect,and incidence of complications in the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was6.1%,the postoperative rehabilitation time was（16.1±2.2） d,and the total therapeutic effective rate was 97.0%;while in the control group,they were 20.6%,（26.6±6.7） d,and 85.3%,which were displayed statistical differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cervical posterior single-door plus internal fixation of miniature titanium plate in the treatment of multi-segmental cervical spondylosis myelopathy can obtain a definite clinical effect,and promote patient′s postoperative rehabilitation exercise at an early stage in high safety.
