人工流产后计划生育服务对避孕措施的影响

Influence of family planning service after artificial abortion on contraceptive measure

目的探讨计划生育服务对女性人工流产后避孕措施的影响。方法选取2013年1月~2015年1月在本院进行人工流产术的1000例女性患者作为研究对象,其中术后接受计划生育服务的500例患者作为观察组,因个人原因拒绝接受计划生育服务的500例患者作为对照组。两组均在流产后半年进行随访,随访内容包括避孕节育知识知晓率、对干预的满意度、意外怀孕率与重复人工流产率情况。结果观察组干预后的避孕节育知识知晓评分显著高于干预前及对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的意外怀孕率、重复人工流产率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的干预满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论人工流产术后给予计划生育服务干预可有效提高患者的避孕节育知识得分,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of family planning service after artificial abortion on contraceptive measure. Methods 1000 female patients underwent artificial abortion in our hospital from January 2013 to January2015 were selected as the research object,500 patients received family planning service after operation were selected as the observation group,and the other 500 patients refused family panning service were selected as the control group.Patients in both groups were followed up at 6 months after artificial abortion to explore the awareness rate of contraceptive knowledge,satisfaction rate of the intervention,the rate of unplanned pregnancy and the condition of repeated artificial abortion. Results The score of contraceptive knowledge after intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The rate of unplanned pregnancy and repeated artificial abortion in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Family planning service intervention after artificial abortion can effectively improve the patient′s contraceptive knowledge score,the effect is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
