局部应用平阳霉素治疗睑黄色瘤的效果观察

Local application of local application of pingyangmycin in treating eyelid xanthelasma

目的探讨局部应用平阳霉素治疗眼睑黄色瘤的疗效及应用价值。方法将119例瘤体较大、年龄偏小的睑黄色瘤患者随机分为两组,研究组(82例)采取局部应用药物治疗,对照组(37例)采用激光治疗,观察比较两组临床疗效、愈后及复发情况。结果两组临床疗效相当(P>0.05);对照组出现局部皮肤瘙痒、肿胀充血和留有瘢痕的占比高于研究组(P<0.05);研究组复发率低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部注射平阳霉素能抑制黄色瘤细胞繁殖,促进脂蛋白酶的释放,且方法简单、副作用极小,基本不复发,值得在临床实践中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects and application value of local application of pingyangmycin in treating eyelid xanthelasma. Methods 119 eyelid xanthelasma patients with larger tumor and younger age were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in study group（82 cases） were given local application of drug and patients in control group（37 cases） were used laser therapy.The clinical effects,prognosis and recurrence situation in two groups were observed.Results The clinical effects in two groups was equal（P〉0.05）.The rate of local skin itch,congestion swelling and left spots in control group were higher than that of study group（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate in study group was lower than that of control group,the patients satisfaction was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Local injection of pingyangmycin can inhibite the xanthoma cells reproduction,promote the release of lipoprotein lipase and with the advantages of easy,little adverse effects and no recurrence at all.It is worth to popularize and application in clinical practice.
