整体护理对康复期分裂症患者生活能力改善的作用

The role of total nursing model in improving the living ability of rehabilitation schizophrenia patients

目的探讨应用整体护理模式对康复期精神分裂症患者的作用和效果。方法选择我院收治的康复期精神分裂症患者130例作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和研究组,各65例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在实施常规护理基础上进行整体护理。结果研究组患者疾病相关知识掌握率及健康教育满意度均显著高于对照组;研究组提前康复率及按时出院率均显著高于对照组;研究组病情复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者护理后的康复状态(MRSS)及社会功能(SDSS)评分均显著低于护理前,研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用整体护理模式对康复期精神分裂症患者进行护理,可以显著提升护理效果,有利于改善患者生活能力,对于稳定病情具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the role and effects of application total nursing model in rehabilitation schizophrenia patients. Methods 130 patients with rehabilitation schizophrenia of our hospital were selected as study objects and were divided,65 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing and patients in study group were given total nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Results The grasp rate of disease-related knowledge and health education satisfaction in study group were obvious higher than that of control group;The early recovery rate and on time discharge rate in study group were obvious higher than that of control group;The recurrence rate of disease in study was obvious lower than control group（P〈0.05）.The MRSS and SDSS score in both two groups were obvious lower than before nursing and the study group was obvious lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application total nursing model in rehabilitation schizophrenia patients can obvious enhance nursing effects,is helpful to improve living ability and has positive meaning for stabilized condition.
