纯母乳喂养在早产儿中的应用效果观察

Application effect observation of pure breast-feeding in premature infant

目的探讨纯母乳喂养在早产儿中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1～9月在本科住院的90例早产儿作为研究对象,根据母乳喂养情况分为观察组和对照组,各45例。观察组采用纯母乳喂养,对照组采用配方奶粉喂养。比较两组的住院时间、住院费用及并发症发生率。结果观察组的住院时间显著短于对照组,住院花费显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论纯母乳喂养能显著缩短早产儿的住院时间,降低住院费用。

Objective To explore the application effect of pure breast-feeding in premature infant. Methods 90 premature infants from January 2015 to September of our department were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to breast-feeding situation,45 cases in each group.The observation group was given pure breast-feeding group,the control group was given formula feeding.The hospital stay,hospital fees and the incidence of complication in the two groups was compared. Results The hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the hospital fees in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complication between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Pure breast-feeding can decrease the hospital stay,hospital fees of premature infant.
