农业综合开发项目中财政投入对农业经济增长的影响分析——基于空间杜宾模型的经验证据

The Analysis of the Agricultural Economic Growth under the Influence of the Financial costs of Agricultural Integrated Development Projects——Empirical Evidence from Spatial Durbin Model

本文运用空间面板模型的相关理论对我国农业综合开发项目中财政投入与农业经济的增长之间的关系进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,土地治理项目和产业化经营项目的财政投入都对投入省份农林牧渔业总产值有显著的正效应,能有效促进当地农业经济增长;土地治理财政投入对相邻省份农林牧渔业总产值也有一定的正效应,对相邻省份农业经济增长起一定的促进作用,而产业化经营财政投入同相邻省份农林牧渔业总产值关系不大,对相邻省份农业经济增长影响不大。

This paper analyzes the relation between the financial costs of Agricultural Integrated Development Projects and the development of agriculture by using spatial econometric model panel. It turns out that both of the land management and agricultural development projects＇ financial investment can produce positive effects on province＇s Agricultural Gross Output Value which accepts financial investment.Land management projects＇ financial investment can also produce a little positive effect on neighboring provinces＇ Agricultural Gross Output Value.Agricultural development projects＇ financial investment has little to do with neighboring provinces＇ Agricultural Gross Output Value.
