摘要
提高一线职工的薪酬满意度对于提高制造企业经济效益与保证车间安全生产具有重要意义。本文以制造业一线职工为研究对象,构建包括个人基本信息与企业相关因素在内的职工调查问卷,依据宜昌市与襄阳市的调查数据,采用二元logistic回归模型对影响一线职工薪酬满意度的因素进行分析。对于分析得出的显著结果,本文分析原因,并提出相应对策建议。
It?is of great significance to improve the pay satisfaction of a line worker for improving manufacturing enterprise economic benefit and ensure the safety of the workshop production. Based on the data of the front line employees of manufacturing industry in Yichang and Xiangyang, this paper proposed a questionnaire taking per-sonal information and companies related factors as the independent variable. The influence factors of a line work-er salary satisfaction were analyzed by using binary logistic regression model. What 's more, this paper analysis the reason and put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
