广西产业结构变动的就业效应分析

The Analysis on the Employment Effect from the Transition of the Industrial Structure in Guangxi

产业结构的变动对就业不仅会产生促进效应同时也产生抑制效应。本文在分析广西产业结构与就业结构演变趋势和特点的基础上,通过相关性、产业结构偏离度、比较劳动生产率、就业弹性等实证分析,揭示广西产业结构变动对劳动力就业结构的影响因素及影响程度,并提出优化产业结构促进就业的相关建议。

The transition of the industrial structure will have both the promotion and inhibition effect on employment. Analyzing the developing trend and characteristics of Guangxi＇s industrial and employment structure,this paper conducts empirical analysis via the relevance, the degree of industrial structure deviation, labor productivity and employment elasticity etc., reveals the influence factors and levels on the employment structure,and puts forward some relevant recommendations to optimize industrial structure and promote employment.
