摘要
本文引入共生理论、模糊数学、空间信息技术等多学科理论与方法探讨了房屋征收社会稳定风险模糊评估的思路,提出从利益主体共生的视角构建风险评估指标体系,基于模糊综合评判原理构建风险模糊评估模型,并通过研发风险模糊评估系统进行全过程管理。
This paper discusses the social stability risk fuzzy evaluation for housing acquisition projects by using the symbiosis theory, fuzzy mathematics, spatial information technology and other multidisciplinary theory and method.This paper proposes that we can construct the risk evaluation index system from the perspective of stakeholder symbiosis, build the risk fuzzy evaluation model based on the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and develop risk fuzzy evaluation system for the whole procedure controlling.
