摘要
采用定量描述分析(QDA)法对25款市售保湿乳液的滋润感与黏滞感进行感官分析,探讨市售保湿乳液的感官属性与感官分析的评价方法及应用。以定量描述分析法评价了保湿乳液在手部及脸部共5个阶段的滋润感与黏滞感的感官特性,统计分析了市售保湿乳液的属性、分布与归类,进而指导保湿乳液的研发及产品市场定位。结果表明,25款保湿乳液在各个阶段的滋润感和黏腻感分值有所不同,随着时间的推移,在手部及脸部使用测试品,滋润感会逐渐降低,黏腻感觉也会逐渐降低。
Quantitative descriptive analysis(QDA) method was used to analyze the moisturizing and stickiness attributes of 25 kinds of commercial moisturizing lotions.Thus the evaluation methods and applications to estimate their sensory properties were further discussed.The sensory properties of moisturizing and stickiness of the lotions were evaluated by QDA on hand and face for 5 using stages.The properties,distribution and classification of commercial moisturizing lotions were statistically analyzed,and then the guidance for the research and development and the product market positioning of moisturizing lotion was provided.The results showed that the scores of moisturizing and stickiness attributes at various stages were different,and moreover,the two feelings would declined over time both on hand and face.
