马桶自动清洁剂的开发研究

摘要 介绍了马桶自动清洁剂产品的配方特点,分析比较了不同黏结剂对产品性能的影响,进一步考察了黏结剂羧甲基纤维素(CMC)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)在配方中的使用效果,确定了CMC和PVA的最佳复配比。结果显示,当m(CMC):m(PVA)=2:1时,配方产品具有好的缓释性能,配方活性物释放均匀,可持久洁净45d。 Characteristics of the formula of toilet automatic cleaner were introduced.The influence of different binders on the performance of toilet automatic cleaner was analyzed and compared.The effects of the binders of carboxy methylated cellulose(CMC)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) in the formula of toilet automatic cleaner were investigated,and the optimal ratio of CMC and PVA was determined.The result showed that when m(CMC):m(PVA)=2:1,the toilet automatic cleaner had a good slowly-release ability,and the active agents could release evenly with lasting-clean 45 d.
