金华市2004-2014年输入性登革热病例流行特征研究

Epidemiological features of imported dengue fever in Jinhua city of Zhejiang province,2004-2014

目的分析金华市输入性登革热流行特征,为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法收集2004-2014年输入性登革热疫情资料,用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2004-2014年金华市共报告输入性登革热32例,发生输入性登革热聚集性疫情4起。4-5月和8-10月为登革热输入的高峰期,对外交流多的地方病例数相对较多,发病人群以20-50岁男性经商和劳务输出人员为主。病例感染来源地以东南亚、非洲和国内南部省份为主,各占约1/3。32例病例登革热IgM抗体均阳性,12例IgG抗体4倍以上升高;18例登革热核酸检测阳性,其中登革Ⅰ型16例、登革Ⅱ型1例、登革Ⅳ型1例。结论金华市登革热输入风险日趋加重,加强归国人员的健康宣传教育,有相关症状及早就医治疗,加强医护人员培训,做到病例早发现、早报告。卫生部门密切关注国内外疫情动态并及时告知公众,开展相关监测并有效控制白纹伊蚊密度等是输入性登革热防控的关键。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of imported dengue fever in Jinhua in 2004-2014,and provide evidence for the disease prevention and control. Methods A descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the data of imported dengue fever cases collected from 2004 to 2014. Results A total of 32 cases with imported dengue fever and 4disease clusters were reported.The two seasonal peaks of imported dengue fever were from April to May and from August to October.Majority of cases were businessmen or labors abroad in age group of 20 to 50.Most cases were imported from Southeast Asia,Africa and the southern province of China,which accounted for one-third of the total cases.All the cases were found positive for dengue fever IgM antibody and the IgG antibody increased by more than 4times in 12 cases.There were 18 cases tested dengue nucleic acid positive,of which 16 for typeⅠ,1for typeⅡ,the last for typeⅣ. Conclusions The risk of imported dengue fever is increasing.Therefore,the key measures for control dengue fever are early detection and early reporting of cases,health education among high-risk groups and paying close attention to epidemic dynamic at home and abroad,effective control of the density of Aedes albopictus.
