Design on clutch of passenger car based on the three-dimensional modeling

离合器是汽车传动系中一个必不可少的部件,它是汽车传动系中直接与发动机相连接的总成。文章对膜片弹簧、离合器的各个参数进行设计并计算,然后对膜片弹簧离合器各个零件的结构和选材进行说明,给出本次设计所建三维数字化模型的部分数据。

It is an essential element of the automobile transmission system for clutch, which is directly connected to the engine assembly in the automobile transmission system. In this paper, all parameters of the diaphragm spring and clutch are designed and calculated, then to illustrate the structure and material selection of the diaphragm spring and clutch parts. This design is given to a part of the data of building the three-dimensional digital model.
