摘要
为了提高方向盘锁的可靠性,采用质量工具及理化分析方法,找出影响方向盘锁挡片失效的关键因子,对方向盘锁挡片结构进行改进提升。用CAE分析方向对改善前后的方向盘锁挡片结构进行了应力分析及验证,提高了方向盘锁挡片的强度。
In order to improve the reliability of the steering wheel lock, the key factors affecting the failure of the steering wheel lock block are found by using quality tools and physical and chemical analysis methods, and the structure of the steering wheel lock block is improved. The stress analysis and verification of the structure of the steering wheel lock were made by CAE analysis to improve the strength of the steering wheel lock.
