摘要
同步器是变速器中的重要零部件之一,其作用就是避免换挡过程中齿轮之间的冲击,实现平稳换挡。在同步器设计中,同步时间是一个衡量同步器性能的重要因素,一般与其同步时的转动惯量、角速度、摩擦力矩及搅油阻力有关。文章主要介绍在试验台架上来测量搅油阻力的大小。
The synchronizer is one of the most important part in the transmission.The function of the synchronizer is to avoid the gear-shift＇ s strike and shifting smoothly. In the design of the synchronizer, synchronizing time is an important factor to judge synchronizing performance. Usually it depends on inertia、the angular velocity、friction torque and churning loss.This paper mainly introduced how to measure churning loss on testing rig.
