摘要
随着发动机电控系统复杂程度的提高,电控发动机的维修难度越来越高,利用自诊断系统进行故障诊断只是根据故障事件发生概率大小确定检修步骤,而对于发生概率小但对电控系统的影响比较大的情况容易忽略。基于此,提出了一种基于故障系数的电控发动机的故障分析方法,它能够从定性和定量的角度分析故障。以发动机无法起动的故障为例,说明基于故障系数的分析方法能够从定性和定量两个方面确定较为准确的故障诊断流程。
With the improvement of engine electronic control system complexity, the difficulty of electronic control engine maintenance is higher and higher. The fault diagnosis with self-diagnosis system and determine maintenance step according to the fault event probability. With the probability of occurrence is small but has a great impact on the electric control system is easy to overlook. Based on this, the paper put forward a fault coefficient of electronic control engine failure analysis method, and it analysis failure from qualitative and quantitative. Based on fault coefficient can be from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis method to determine the fault diagnosis process. The paper based on fault coefficient from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis engine can't start fault, and illustrate the fault coefficient analysis method can more accurately formulate maintenance process.
