电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定乳胶制品中9种重金属元素 被引量:2

摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定乳胶制品中9种重金属元素(铅、镉、铬、砷、铜、锰、锌、铁和汞)的含量,汞元素线性范围为0.04-1.0 mg/L,其余8种元素线性范围为0.05-20 mg/L;方法检出限(3s)为0.1-0.8 mg/kg;比较了湿法消解和微波消解两种样品消解方法,结果表明两种方法效果无显著差异;样品回收率为84.5%-107.0%;重复性测定相对偏差(n=6)为1.4%-5.7%。 Samples of latex products were pretreated by wet digestion and microwave assisted digestion,and the contents of Pb,Cd,Cr,As,Cu,Mn,Zn,Fe and Hg in latex products were determined by ICP-AES.Linear ranges were within0.04-1.0 mg/L for Hg,and 0.05-20 mg/L for the other 8 elements. Detection limits of the 9 elements were in the ranges of 0.1-0.8 mg/kg. The results show that there were no significant differences between wet digestion and microwave assisted digestion. Values of recovery and RSD's(n=6) were found in the range of 84.5%-107.0% and 1.4%-5.7%.
