Comparison of Aquatic Products Safety Standard for Pesticide Residues,Veterinary Drug Residues,Additive,Contamination between Both Sides of the Taiwan Straits

海峡两岸水产品安全标准存在一定差异,企业因不了解标准导致产品通关受阻情况时有发生。本文旨在通过比较两岸水产品农兽药残留、添加剂、污染物标准,指导企业按照标准组织生产和监管部门提升监管针对性,减少不合格产品产生,促进两岸水产品贸易健康发展。

There are some differences between the aquatic products safety standard of both sides of the Taiwan Straits. Some enterprises are unfamiliar with the differences,which resulted in the blocked customs clearance often takes place. Through comparing the aquatic products standard differences for pesticide residues,veterinary drug residues,additive,contamination,this paper aims at guiding the enterprises to process in accordance with the standard,instructing the regulatory authorities to improve pertinence of supervision and reducing the unqualified products,so as to promoting the healthy trade development between both sides of the Taiwan Straits.
