摘要
目的观察免疫型肠内营养对食管癌患者术后免疫功能的影响。方法将手术治疗的126例食管癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组。分别观察两组患者术后第1天、第10d的营养指标及免疫指标。结果与术后第1天比较,实验组及对照组患者术后第10d TP及HB数值明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后第10d Ig M、CD4、IL-6及Glu数值明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者术后行免疫型肠内营养支持可明显改善机体免疫状况。
Objective To evaluate the immunological function in esophageal carcinoma surgery patients receiving immune enteral nutrition support. Methods Totally 126 cases of esophageal carcinoma patients after surgery were randomly assigned into two groups. The nutritional status and immunological functions of the patients were examined in the 1st and 10 th day after surgery. Results On the 10 th day,the levels of TP and HB in two groups were both significantly increased compared with the first day( P〈0. 05),the levels of Ig M,CD4,IL- 6 and Glu on the 10 th day were significantly increased in the experimental group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The immune Enteral nutrition support can improve the immune status in patients after esophageal carcinoma surgery.
