不同负压对乳腺癌改良根治术后引流效果的影响

Effect of different suction drainage after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后不同负压引流效果。方法对148例乳腺癌改良根治手术后患者进行随机分组,应用三种不同负压引流,观察三组引流量及带管时间并进行对照分析和比较。结果高负压引流组平均总引流量多于中负压引流组,平均总带管时间长于中负压组。中负压组平均总引流量少于低负压组,平均总带管时间短于低负压组,差别有统计学意义。高压引流组平均总带管时间稍短于低负压组,平均总引流量稍多于低负压引流组。结论中等负压引流可以减少引流量,缩短带管时间。

Objective To explore the effect of different suction drainage after modified radical mastectomy suction drainage for breast cancer. Methods Totally 148 cases of breast cancer patients after modified radical surgery were randomized,using three different suction drainage,and the results were analyzed and compared. Results The drainage in high suction drainage group was more than medium suction drainage,the time of drainage was longer. Conclusion Medium suction drainage can reduce drainage,shorten the time of the drainage.
