合并2型糖尿病的老年高血压患者血压变异性的特点 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究合并2型糖尿病的老年高血压患者血压变异性的特点。方法选取老年高血压患者105例作为观察组,分为单纯高血压患者和合并2型糖尿病的高血压患者,选取同期健康体检者80例为对照组,进行动态血压监测,比较各组之间24h的SBP及DBP平均值,白天及夜间SBP及DBP平均值。结果观察组的24h的SBP及DBP平均值,白天及夜间SBP及DBP平均值均较对照组异常率高,差异有统计学意义;Ⅱ组的24h的SBP及DBP平均值,白天及夜间SBP及DBP平均值均高于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合并2型糖尿病的老年高血压患者血压波动幅度大,血压变异性增高,及时监测其动态变化可防疾病进展。 Objective To research the characteristics of blood pressure variability in the elderly hypertension patients combined with type 2 diabetes. Methods Selected 105 cases the aged hypertension patients as observation group in our hospital,and divided into pure hypertension group,the hypertension patients combined with type 2 diabetes,selected 80 cases as a control during the same period in our hospital to inspect the physical examination,and proceeded ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,compared each group between 24 h SBP and DBP blood pressure,SBP and DBP blood pressure day and night. Results The 24 h SBP and DBP blood pressure,SBP and DBP pressure day and night in the observation group were higher than the control group,and blood pressure load were higher,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05); the 24 h SBP and DBP blood pressure,SBP and DBP pressure day and night in Ⅱ group were higher than in Ⅰ group,blood pressure load were higher,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The blood pressure fluctuation in elderly hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes is large,blood pressure variability is higher,effective treatment to prevent the development.
