胆道絮状物的MRCP表现及临床意义

MRI imaging features of common bile duct pura

目的探讨MRCP中胆管内絮状沉积物的表现及意义。方法分析326例胆管扩张的病人MRCP,所见与轴位T2WI、T1WI、冠位T2W及ERCP检查和(或)手术相对照。结果 MRCP图像中胆管内絮状沉积物见于中-重度扩张胆管内,表现为条状、柱状稍低信号充盈缺损;轴位T2WI显示圆形稍低信号或呈分层状。ERCP检查和T管引流手术证实其存在。结论 MRCP结合MRI对胆管絮状物沉积有很高诊断价值。

Objective To explore the imaging features of common bile duct pura on MRI. Methods MRI datas were obtained in 326 patients with common biliary obstruction,81 of 326 patients were discovered hypointensitys in common bile duct outside the obstruction region. Cholangiopancreatography（ ERCP） and / or surgical operation. Results The diameter range of bile duct was moderate or severe dilatation in the patient group with bile duct pura,a linear or column –shaped hypointensity was seen on MRCP,and a round or hypointensity was seen on T2 WI. These bile duct pura was proved by ERCP and / or surgery. Conclusion MRCP combined with MRI of bile duct pura was high diagnostic value.
