摘要
提出一种应用于D类功放的带过温处理和电池电压跟踪功能的新型自动增益控制电路(Automatic Gain Control,AGC)结构,将芯片过温处理融入AGC增益调整中,解决传统过温处理导致声音骤停和骤起的问题,提高了电路使用体验。将电池电压变化映射到AGC比较门限电压中,避免电池电量较低时电池供电电压下降过大使芯片无法正常工作,而导致电池电量余留现象的发生,延长电池使用时间。
A new type of Automatic Gain Control( AGC) circuit with the functions of over temperature processing and battery voltage tracking was designed for class D power amplifier. The AGC circuit blended the chip over temperature processing in AGC gain adjustment, solving the problem of sound disappear and appear suddenly leaded by traditional thermal protection, and improving circuit user experience. When the battery voltage dropped too low, chip could not work. By mapping the battery voltage to AGC comparison threshold voltage,the circuit could avoid this phenomena and make full use of battery remaining capacity, extending battery work time.
