摘要
在分析"7.16"石大科技公司着火爆炸事故和"8.12"天津滨海新区爆炸事故原因的基础上,介绍了新加坡、美国、德国的化工安全生产先进管理经验,提出了做好化工项目规划工作、从严监管化工项目、建立科学的消防应急现场指挥机制等有利于改进化工安全生产状况的建议。
By listing and analyzing two major chemical accidents, as well as learning advanced experience from Singapore,America and Germany, some suggestions on the chemical security such as making good planning for chemical project, monitoring chemical projects strictly and establishing scientific emergency system are proposed in this paper.
