摘要
通过对欣森木业有限公司生产工艺、设备和操作过程等进行系统分析,找出能耗高、物耗高、污染重的原因,提出了减少有毒和有害物料的使用、产生以及废物产生的备选方案。经过对备选方案的技术、经济及环境可行性分析,选定了可供实施的清洁生产方案并在公司实施,达到了节能降耗、减少污染、减少粉尘、优化企业管理等目的,为公司节约成本约达70万元。
By analyzing production technology, equipment and operation process of Xinsen Wood Industry, the paper finds out the reason of high energy consumption, high material consumption and heavy pollution, puts forward options for reducing toxic and hazardous materials. With the technical, economic and environmental analysis, the effective cleaner production programme is selected to save energy, reduce the pollution and optimize enterprise management. It can save the company cost about 700,000 yuan.
